Candidate Profile and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree and preferably a Master’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written English; fluency in at least one more language will be considered a plus (ideally French or Spanish)
- Excellent personal appearance
- Open-minded, adaptable, able to embrace a diverse cultures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal-relations skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with an acumen for negotiations
- Charisma and ability to conduct high-level meetings with Presidents, Ministers and CEOs worldwide
- Avid interest and knowledge of international affairs, business and politics
- Self-motivated perfectionist, able to work under pressure and succeed in a competitive and challenging environment
- Diligent, hard-working and customer-service orientated
- Patient and persistent
- Team player, passionate and adventurous
- Positive attitude and optimist by nature
- Problem-solving capacity, inventive and strategic mind, detail-oriented
- Computer literate (Internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Flexible to travel up to 11 months of the year
